Don’t take our word for it…

It’s important to us that our clients we work with have a great experience with us. In the end, we’re not happy if we’re not able to provide you with the solution you want. So, check out what others have said about us. Here’s just a few snippets of what other people we’ve worked with have said.

Travis with Sound Acquisitions was quick and professional to work with. He took the time to locate my siblings and I when our great aunt, whom we had lost contact with, passed away without a will.

I was a concerned about a possible scam when I received the letter from him. We did our research on Sound Aquisitions, the property going to auction and the death of our great aunt. Once we researched, I contracted Travis and he took a lot of time to answer all our questions and guided us through the process.

It was very simple, he was quick to forword the documents we needed to sign and notarize. I did have an attorney review the documents before signing. Once they were signed, I scanned a copy of them back to him, as well and mailed the originals to him. I had a check in hand in less than 48 hours from the day of signing the documents.

I enjoyed working with him and he made the whole process quick and easy.

Travis reached out to my family when a great aunt we had lost contact with died without a will. He was interested in buying her property before it went to auction.

I was skeptical at first (because why wouldn’t I be in this day and age), but he took the time to speak with me and my sisters, allayed our concerns, and guided us through the process. He had done his work, and made a good faith effort to reach out to all surviving relatives. In the end, he kept a clear line of communication, and sent us the checks to settle the estate, promptly. It was a pleasure working with him.

“Quite often investors are willing to pay cash for a home and with the recent tightening of financial restrictions, coupled with the growing number of complaints about low appraisals, having a cash buyer has become even more appealing.”
